The restaurant's architect Patrick Bouchain
wanted "a restaurant in motion", and within this lively space with
innovative architecture, Thierry Marx combines three different worlds:
- LA BRASSERIE on the ground floor, for any
time of day—from the morning coffee to a late dinner;
- LE ZINC on
the first floor, to enjoy good wine and share gourmet dishes between friends;
- LE FOURNIL
to offer all of the expertise of traditional French bakery through sweet and
savoury options which can be enjoyed throughout the day.
