So! Coffee is an efficient and cosy coffee shop concept designed by Lagardère Travel Retail specifically for travellers. It provides them with a wide selection of fine coffees prepared by a barista to indulge their senses, but also with quality and freshly prepared bakery products and sandwiches.

Italian catering!

Lagardère Travel Retail has been completely seduced by this Italian bakery and catering concept, developed by Airest, and has integrated it to its portfolio.

Rustichelli & Mangione’s offering consists of authentic Italian fast food, prepared exclusively with products made in Italy. It meets all travellers’ needs, with both on-site and take-away options.

In a design combining modernity and authenticity, true Italian traditions stand out, with a coffee bar and a stone oven allowing customers to see the pizzas baking!

A partnership signed by Lagardère Travel Retail France with the artisan baker Eric Kayser. 

This innovative bespoke concept combines guided and self-service sales with table service to meet a wide range of consumer expectations, while respecting the characteristics that have made the success of the brand.

The KAYSER bakery, founded in 1996 by Eric Kayser, offers high quality bakery products, made with selected ingredients, following traditional recipes, but also a wide range of fresh gourmet and healthy snacks.

It is aimed especially at active urban consumers looking for traditional products (baguettes, pastries) as well as contemporary and original recipes, without being elitist.
